Information in English
Welcome to Eat Grow Flow, where a healthy lifestyle is within everyone's reach.
With my international background I can hold consultations in Dutch, English and Swedish.

In October 2025, I moved to Sweden. From Sweden, I am happy to remain available for clients in the Netherlands via video so that I can continue supporting you. I remain a registered dietitian in the Netherlands and am also listed in the Quality Register for Paramedici (Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici).

Nutrition & Dietetics expertise
After working with many different clients in various hospitals in the US, and also in primary care in the Netherlands, I decided to focus my services on areas that I am truly passionate about. Specializing means I can further deepen my knowledge in these areas, and help my clients better.
I am a fodmap trained dietitian at Monash University and I use ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Training methodology for lifestyle and behavior change.
If you are 16 years or older with one of these conditions and you want to see how nutrition and lifestyle could help you, then I look forward to working with you.

Reimbursement
From October 2025, I work contract free. This means I no longer have agreements with health insurers and do not bill them directly. You will receive the invoice directly from me and you will pay it to me. The reason for this is that I now work online from Sweden.
After payment, you can submit the invoice to your health insurer for possible (partial) reimbursement. This depends on your policy and coverage. You can find this in your insurance conditions, usually under “non-contracted care.” You are responsible for checking this and handling it yourself.

Referral and direct access
Dietitians are normally directly accessible (no referral needed). If you plan to submit the invoice for potential reimbursement, first check your insurance policy regarding non-contracted care to see if a referral is required.
If you do not intend to submit the invoice to your insurer, you never need a referral.

Available Consultations
-
Initial intake consultation: 75 min
-

All consultations are online via video call.
How it Works
Since October 2025, all consultations are online via video because I work from Sweden. Online consultations with a dietitian offer the same high-quality and professional guidance as in-person appointments, but with extra comfort and convenience. Through a video call, you receive expert nutrition and lifestyle counseling without leaving your home — ideal if you want to save time, have limited mobility, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.

How the video consult works
Consultations take place via secure video call software. You will receive a link beforehand, and with one click you enter the virtual consultation room. You can join using a computer, tablet, or phone — whatever is most convenient. During the online consultation, both the dietitian and you can see each other via video. This allows for personal interaction, making the session feel like an in-person consult while you remain at home.

Why choose an online video consultation?
-
Same quality and professionalism – You receive the same expertise, support, and personalized guidance as in a face-to-face appointment.
-
Time-saving – No travel, parking, or waiting rooms. Just click the link and start.
-
Comfort of your own home – Stay in a familiar and calm environment, which makes it easier to discuss openly and absorb information.
-
Perfect in bad weather – Rain, snow, or storms will not affect your appointment.
-
Ideal for limited mobility – Whether due to chronic illness, pain, or temporary limitations, you can receive care without physical effort.
-
Safe and private – No crowded waiting rooms; full privacy from your home.
-
Flexible and accessible – Convenient for people with busy schedules, parents with young children, or anyone who prefers remote guidance.
-

How long does it take to see change or improvement?
Addressing gastrointestinal issues and developing healthy habits and a new mindset takes time. It often takes more than a few consultations and is different for everyone. With guidance, you learn how to make these changes sustainable.
Nutrition is not separate from the rest of your life. That’s why I don’t just look at what you eat, but also at factors such as how you eat, emotions, habits, stress, sleep, and your personal situation. These factors influence each other.

Sometimes, that extra guidance is the difference between “trying” and achieving lasting results.

Explanation of Treatment Time
The treatment time charged by the dietitian may include two components:
-
Contact time: the time the client is present.
-
Individual diet plan: the time the dietitian spends analyzing food diaries, dietary and medical information, calculating nutrition if needed, and preparing a personalized plan. The client is usually not present for this.
A consultation can include contact time and, if necessary, an individual plan. Total time is always rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Rates and Consultations
-
Initial intake consultation (75 min): €100
-
Follow-up consultation long (45 min): €60
-
Follow-up consultation short (30 min): €40
-
Diet plan preparation: €20 per 15 minutes
Payments
I will send you an invoice by email with a 14-day payment term. You pay the invoice yourself. After payment, you can submit it to your health insurer for possible (partial) reimbursement, depending on your policy and coverage. This is usually under “non-contracted care,” which you must check and handle yourself.
No-show, cancellations, or rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a consultation, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so that the time can be offered to someone else.
If you do not cancel or reschedule in time, you will be charged the full consultation fee. No-show fees are the same as the rates listed above. These costs are not reimbursed by the insurer and must be paid by you.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled via phone/voicemail at 06 – 20 10 24 24 or by email at info@eatgrowflow.nl
